Private care may offer short waiting times or particular languages, while public care may be linked to residence and official arrangements. Costs, coverage, and referral procedures vary, so ask before non-urgent treatment. Kuwait’s heat can contribute to dehydration, heat exhaustion, and heatstroke. Water, shade, air conditioning, suitable clothing, and careful timing reduce risk, especially for children, older people, and outdoor workers. Use medicines according to professional instructions and keep them away from heat and children. Bring the original packaging when travelling or seeing a doctor.
