A Persian-speaking person can assist with directions, symptoms, documents, and communication. Air pollution, heat, cold, altitude, road travel, and food or water changes can affect health. Risks differ greatly between dense cities, high mountains, deserts, and rural areas. Mental health care exists through psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors, and clinics, although access and attitudes vary. Seeking support early is a normal health decision when distress disrupts daily life.
