1. Scope and legal bases

This notice applies to vivavia.ai and its technical subdomains. We follow Georgian data protection law and, where applicable, the GDPR and UK GDPR. Legal bases include contract, legal obligation, consent and legitimate interests.

2. Website, language and location

Server logs may contain IP address, time, path, status, referrer, browser and device data. Language and selected country may be stored in cookies, Local Storage or Session Storage. Automatic country selection uses a local GeoIP database. Precise device location is used only after browser permission.

3. Analytics and error diagnostics

We run Matomo without analytics cookies, shorten IP addresses and respect Do Not Track. Measurements include page views, link clicks, reading depth and active time. GlitchTip processes technical errors and limited performance data; recognizable email addresses and authentication tokens are redacted.

4. Contact and accounts

When you contact us, we process contact details, your message and communication metadata. For enabled accounts we process login identifier, email, display name, language, roles, session and security data. Authentication uses our self-hosted Keycloak instance.

5. Advertising, payments and recipients

Google AdSense, personalized advertising and public payment flows are not currently enabled. Required data is available only to authorized staff, Contabo, Heinlein Hosting, our self-hosted analytics, error and identity systems, and legally entitled authorities or advisers. We do not sell personal data.

6. International processing and retention

The controller is based in Georgia and central infrastructure is in Germany. Required safeguards apply to further international transfers. Data is deleted or anonymized when its purpose and legal retention periods end; backups are overwritten on a controlled cycle.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and complaint. Requests can be sent to the email below; appropriate identity verification may be required.

8. Security and changes

We use encrypted transmission, access controls, data minimization, logging and backups. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We update this notice when functions, recipients or legal requirements materially change.
