Privacy

Privacy notice

This notice explains which personal data VivAVia processes.

Controller

VIVAVIA IE

Owner: Oliver Sauerwein

Erekle Tatishvili Street N19, Entrance N2, Basement

0179 Tbilisi, Georgia

Email: info@vivavia.ai

Georgian identification number: 304825713

Scope

This notice covers personal data processed for the VivAVia information platform. The controller is the individual entrepreneur identified above, operating from Georgia. Georgian law applies; additional rights under EU, UK or other local law apply where their conditions are met. Browsing is free and does not require an account.

Website delivery and protection

We receive IP address, request time, requested page, response status and browser/device information to deliver pages and investigate errors or abuse. Hosting and network providers also receive connection data. Our interest in a functioning, secure website is the basis for this necessary processing (GDPR Article 6(1)(f), where applicable); information is not used for unrelated purposes.

Contact

For correspondence we process your email address, optional name, message and communication metadata to answer you. Providing these details is voluntary; without a return address we may be unable to reply. The basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries; requests concerning a contract use the pre-contractual or contractual basis (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Please send only information needed for your enquiry.

Recipients

Access is limited to the operator and persons authorised for the particular purpose. Service providers for hosting, network delivery, email, maintenance and backup process the data needed for their services. Professional advisers and public authorities may receive data where necessary to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Contact us for information about recipients relevant to your request.

Countries and international processing

The operator accesses data from Georgia; hosting and email services may process it in Germany, and network delivery may involve other countries. Georgia has no EU adequacy decision. Hosting in Germany does not remove the relevance of access from Georgia. You may request information about the destinations and applicable transfer arrangements at the contact address above.

Retention and previously collected data

Retention depends on the purpose: ordinary enquiry correspondence is deleted no later than 90 days after the enquiry and follow-up are finally resolved, or earlier when required; technical records while needed to investigate faults or abuse. Longer retention requires a specific legal obligation or a need to handle legal claims. Disabling a function does not itself erase previously collected records or backups. Backup copies remain subject to their rotation and deletion requirements; these criteria also apply to data from discontinued functions.

Rights and regional information

Contact the controller above to request information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability where available. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may ask for proportionate identity verification. In Georgia you may complain to the State Audit Office of Georgia. Where GDPR applies, you may complain to an EU/EEA supervisory authority, particularly where you live, work or the alleged infringement occurred; in the UK, to the ICO. Under Brazil’s LGPD, applicable rights also include confirmation of processing, information about sharing, and correction or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data; complaints may go to the ANPD. California residents may request review or correction of their information using the same contact. This notice does not assert that every regional privacy law applies in every country.

Changes

The date below identifies this version. Material changes to purposes, recipients or functions will be reflected here; where required, we will provide additional notice before new processing begins.

Language and country choices

Language and selected country are stored to provide the presentation you request. Country cookies last one year; session storage lasts for the browser session; local storage has no automatic expiry and can be removed in browser settings. Processing serves our legitimate interest in remembering your choices. Device storage relies on the exception for a strictly necessary requested function only where its conditions apply; other storage requires consent.

Optional precise location

If you request location-based information, your browser may provide coordinates, accuracy and time. Coordinates can remain in local storage until you clear it. We use them for the location function you request, on the basis of consent; browser permission can be revoked. Refusal does not prevent ordinary browsing. Browser permission alone does not replace any additional legally required consent.

Audience measurement

Our tracking tool measures page visits, referring pages, browser/device information and interactions to understand use and improve content. The tracker disables analytics cookies and respects Do Not Track; this does not by itself make the data anonymous or exempt every use from consent. Our interest is limited audience measurement; GDPR Article 6(1)(f) can apply only after the required balancing and where device-access rules permit it. Where consent is required, it is the necessary basis. Usage records are needed only for the particular measurement and its verification; you can object via the contact above.

Error diagnosis

Technical error reports can contain the page path, browser/device information, error text and connection data. They are used to detect and fix faults, based on our legitimate interest in a reliable service (GDPR Article 6(1)(f), where applicable). Redaction reduces personal data but does not guarantee anonymity. Reports are needed for investigation and verification of the repair, and longer only where necessary for security incidents or legal claims.

Contact form

The form sends your email, subject, message and optional name through our email provider. Technical verification and temporary request identifiers prevent spam, based on our legitimate interest in protecting the contact channel. Expired verification and rate-limit records are removed during later requests; they are not guaranteed to disappear at a fixed time while the service is idle. Message retention follows the correspondence criteria above.
